At Pet Pjs, your pet’s comfort and recovery matter most. Here’s our simple, customer-friendly guide:

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and hair/odor-free, with original tags and packaging.
• Custom or personalized suits are final sale unless defective.
• Start a return by emailing  us at returns@pet-pjs.com for approval.
• Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 10–21 business days after inspection.
• Funds are returned to your original payment method.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Coverage

• All products include a 1-year limited warranty against defects.
• We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion.
• Warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, alterations, and chewing/ingestion by pets.
