By placing an order on www.pet-pjs.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully as they describe your rights, responsibilities, and limitations regarding your purchase.

1. Product Safety Information

Pet Pjs recovery suits are intended for therapeutic use on dogs and cats. Always follow our instructions for fit and care. Do not overtighten. Check your pet daily. Products are not toys, collars, leashes, muzzles, or costumes. Discontinue use if your pet shows discomfort. Consult your veterinarian prior to use.

2. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms when you receive our confirmation email. Orders may be canceled before confirmation by contacting support@pet-pjs.com.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in USD and subject to change. Taxes, shipping, and handling apply at checkout. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when products are handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Customized suits are non-returnable unless defective.
• Use our Returns Portal or email returns@pet-pjs.com for authorization.
• Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise authorized.
• Refunds processed within 10–21 business days after inspection.

6. Limited Warranty

We warrant products against manufacturing defects for 1 year. Remedies include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, alterations, or pet damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Personal Use Only

Products are sold for personal or veterinary professional use, not resale or export, unless authorized.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and trademarks on the Site belong to Pet Pjs or its licensors.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pet Pjs from claims arising from misuse, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control.

12. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law. Disputes are resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the AAA on an individual basis. Class actions are not permitted.

13. Notices

Notices to you will be sent by email or posted on the Site. Notices to us must be directed to the Knoxville address above or to legal@pet-pjs.com.

14. Severability

If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and your order confirmation constitute the full agreement between you and Pet Pjs.
