Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and hair/odor-free, with original tags and packaging.
- Custom or personalized suits are final sale unless defective.
- Start a return by emailing us at [email protected] for approval.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10–21 business days after inspection.
- Funds are returned to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Warranty Coverage
- All products include a 1-year limited warranty against defects.
- We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion.
- Warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, alterations, and chewing/ingestion by pets.
